Contact us about the SchemaPad beta ERD editor, SQL import or export, browser local storage, bug reports, privacy questions, or product feedback.

SchemaPadhas no user accounts or server-side document storage. The Save action stores documents only in your current browser's local storage, so we cannot view or recover a lost ERD document from a server.

Do not send SQL files, ERD contents, passwords, access tokens, production credentials, personal information, or other sensitive data by email.

When you email us, your address and message are used to handle your inquiry as described in the Privacy Policy. Email is not an emergency or guaranteed support channel.
